What I believe

The work begins with a point of view.

Human judgment is not an obstacle to progress. It is the condition that makes progress worth having.
A personal brand should be the visible edge of a body of thought, not a performance of relevance.
Technology should expand human agency. When it quietly reduces it, speed is not success.
Expertise becomes intellectual capital when it can be named, taught, applied, and carried beyond its creator.

How I got here

Athlete. Operator. Researcher. Builder.

A first-generation American and former Division I NCAA athlete, Jeneba learned early that high performance is less about intensity than disciplined preparation, self-knowledge, and composure under pressure.

She spent more than a decade in SaaS and technology, working close to the systems changing how organizations communicate, make decisions, and create value. That operator's view now grounds her research and teaching.

Through Bloomology and AI Atelier, she translates original ideas into frameworks, research, learning experiences, and governed systems people can actually use. Her TEDx talk argues that discernment—not adoption—is the defining human skill of the AI age.

Jeneba Wint is a futurist, cognitive researcher, technologist, and keynote speaker focused on how people and organizations build AI capability without losing judgment, identity, or human authority. She is the founder of AI Atelier and Bloomology, creator of the T.A.S.T.E. discernment framework, and author of Interview Like an Olympian™. A former Division I athlete and Delaware State University alumna, she has led AI-fluency work in Fortune 500 environments and spoken for audiences including TEDxGreenwood, Harvard WE Code, Black AI Literacy Week, and Afros & Audio.
